You may share your templates with customers so they can send you files according to your required templates.
Your customers do not have access to administration of your templates, only to the URL you will share with them at your-company.send-a-file.io
You can decide to manage access rights for your templates :
make them public, so that anyone with the template link can send you a file
restrict them to a list of customers
If you decide to embed WeTransform in your own application, you will send us your authorised customer through our API so that your templates are displayed only to your users who have prior authorisation.
If your templates are setup as restricted, it means that only customers who are pre-approved can send you files using that template. Make sure that if you do this, you do authorize your specific users for those templates.

You can also see the full list of files sent by your customers, and download the original as well as the transformed file.
Send a magik link will send an invitation link to your customer to your page send-a-file.io, so they can transfer files to you.
You can also invite your customers through the share link of your templates.
If you do not have customers and are using WeTransform for your own use, you can simply send a file, and mark your templates as restricted so that only you can use them.
