How to customize the interface with your brand

Your clients should see your brand, not WeTransform's. Here's how to configure your logo, colors, and custom URL.

When your clients use WeTransform through your platform, they should see your brand β€” not ours. WeTransform supports white-label customization so the experience feels native to your product.

🎨 What you can customize

🏷️ Your logo β€” displayed in the header of the WeTransform interface. Upload your logo in your account settings and it replaces the WeTransform logo across the entire embedded experience.

🎨 Your brand colors β€” primary and accent colors are applied to buttons, highlights, and interactive elements throughout the interface. Set them once and they apply everywhere.

🌐 Your custom URL β€” your clients access WeTransform at your-company.send-a-file.io β€” a subdomain that reflects your brand, not ours.

Example embed:

βš™οΈ How to configure branding

  1. Go to Integrations β†’ Embed in your WeTransform account

  2. Set your custom subdomain (e.g. mycompany.send-a-file.io)

  3. Upload your logo

  4. Set your primary color using a hex code

  5. Save β€” changes apply immediately across all embedded instances

βœ… Branding applies to both integration modes β€” whether you're using the iframe embed or redirecting to the branded page, your logo and colors appear in both.

πŸ“‹ What you can't customize (yet)

  • The domain itself β€” you get a subdomain of send-a-file.io, not a fully custom domain

  • The overall layout and UX structure of the interface

  • Individual copy / text strings within the WeTransform UI
