🔗 Column matching — automatically maps your source columns to your target format columns. Runs on every transformation, automatically. No credits consumed.
🧹 Autoclean — reads unstructured files (PDFs, scanned documents, messy Excel) and extracts a clean, structured table. Triggered manually for Excel, automatically for PDFs. Uses credits.
🔢 Value matching — maps values between two different nomenclatures (e.g. supplier categories → your ERP categories). Triggered manually via "Fix errors with AI" in Finalize. Uses credits.
✏️ Rule generation — generates a transformation rule from a plain language instruction. Triggered manually in the Rules editor. Uses credits.
🌟 Fill the Gaps — fills empty fields by inferring values from the context already present in each row that you specify. Configured as a rule action. Uses credits per row filled, depending on the size of the context.
🔒 Advanced constraint generation — generates regex patterns or cross-column validation rules from a plain language description. Triggered in the column constraints panel. Uses credits.
📝 Content generation — generates or rewrites content in a column (translate, summarize, reformat). Available as a rule action via "Generate content with AI". Uses credits.
💳 How AI credits work
AI features that use AI consume credits. Credits are included with your subscription and can be topped up at any time from your account settings.
💡 You'll see your credit balance in your account settings — but not the cost of an action before you trigger it. Credits are deducted after the action runs. If you're unsure, start with a small file, or a small action to estimate consumption before running on large datasets.
Every AI-generated result — rules, value mappings, filled fields, extracted data — is always editable. You review before submitting, and you're never locked into what the AI produced.
